3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are set directly by vendors and may vary based on product type, availability, and offers. Product pricing starts from ₹199 onwards. All payments must be made online through secure payment gateways integrated with our platform. Taloja Bazaar does not charge extra fees beyond the total displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery Policy

We offer hyperlocal delivery services across Taloja and Kharghar. In most cases, deliveries are completed within 1 hour, depending on vendor location and delivery availability. Exact delivery times may vary during high-demand or festive periods.

5. Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, products are eligible for replacement only if they do not match the order placed or arrive damaged. To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear product photos.

6. Product Descriptions

While vendors are required to provide accurate product information, minor variations in color, packaging, or design may occur. Taloja Bazaar will not be liable for discrepancies arising from vendor listings or third-party errors.

7. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to our support team.

Taloja Bazaar and Chaitanya Digital Solutions will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from product use, vendor delay, or third-party service issues. Our role is limited to providing a digital platform and managing order logistics.
